I am dedicated chef with the aspiration to open my own restaurant on day i have culinary experience from working abroad while not listed because it was not official, however I believe that I can bring my expertise in menu development, kitchen management and staff training, all which I have already been in charge of at BRGR HAUS and believe I can create unique and delicious dishes while controlling food and labor costs, since I am very meticulous about how to money can be saved while still bringing out the best flavors in a dish.
