• As Chief of Staff for the Ministry of Social Development, Labor, and Wellbeing, I serve as the principal advisor and operational lead to the Minister, ensuring seamless coordination of strategic initiatives and efficient management of the ministry’s goals. My role is centered on advancing Curaçao social, labor, and welfare policies in alignment with international standards and local priorities.

• Founding of an activist group to raise cultural awareness and protest against the controversial figure of "Zwarte Piet" in Curacao.
• Production of a documentary titled "Kolonialismo Mental" to further disseminate information about the origins of this tradition and its offensive implications for Afro-descendants in Curacao.

Founding of a blog to publish social commentary pieces, research articles, and poetry. Expansion of Konsenshi to Instagram in 2020, where I create short reels that educate viewers about history.

• Providing comprehensive tours along the routes taken by the revolutionaries of 1795 under the guidance of the famous leader Tula.

• Production of various mini-documentaries focused on social activism, history, social issues, and the emancipation of my people and culture. These include "Kolonialismo Mental" (2016), "Konose Bo Historia" (2017), and "Emansipashon" (2018).
