Training and development company focused on empowering individuals to become the best version of themselves. Since 2016, we provide training, coaching, and keynote speeches to diverse clients, including government bodies, NGOs, and organizations. Key achievements include a year-long academy for Curaçao Airport Partners and a 2021 COVID-19 communications strategy research for the Ministry of VWS (Netherlands). We also run coaching programs for young mothers. Active nationally and internationally.

NAAM is an organization dedicated to researching our collective past and linking it to our shared future. As chairman, I am leading the organization into a new phase, including the relocation to a larger facility, fostering new partnerships, and engaging broader audiences through events and training. A notable event was the debate with YOUTH-C on our constitution, held at NAAM on December 15th, 2022.

I am a United Nations Development Program (UNDP) certified trainer in World Café, Collaborative Leadership & Inclusion, Democratic Dialogue, and Poverty Simulation. As one of three coordinators for the UNDP Curaçao team, I lead the organization and training of new facilitators. I have successfully conducted training for various Ministries (MEO, OWCS, AZ), Private entities, NGOs, and the general public.

As an alumni of Junior Chamber International (JCI), I have been providing training at local, national, and international levels since 2014. JCI empowers members to create positive change in their communities, aligning with its core value: "Service to Humanity is the Best Work of Life!" Since joining in 2013, I pursued certification to become a JCI- World class trainer, helping others drive meaningful community impact and being a leader in their own strength.

Student Affairs CAMBES is a training company established to support students from the six islands of the former Netherlands Antilles. We offer experiential training for students pursuing further studies abroad, whether in Europe, the USA, or locally. Our motto, "Empowering You to Empower Others," reflects our mission to help students succeed academically and inspire them to assist fellow students in their educational journeys.

SOLLIV stands for innovative and sustainable living solutions. We focus on creating affordable housing by using recyclable materials and transforming existing buildings into modern, ready-to-move-in apartments. By employing local workers, we generate job opportunities and contribute to the local economy.

I was one of the three founding members of study association SALUS at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam. In 2006, while studying Health Sciences, I collaborated with two other students to establish SALUS, aiming to offer more academic and professional resources for students. I helped set up the initial budget and negotiated financial support from ABN-Amro, enabling us to organize the first Health Sciences career fair in 2007-2008.
