infrastructure at APC, working closely with the internal IT team.

• Manage Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Supported Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware environments, and virtual machines to ensure stable infrastructure operations.
• Conducted daily backup checks, disaster recovery tests, system health reviews, and infrastructure monitoring to maintain system integrity.
